So what strikes me today? For one thing, the New York Times article about Long Island artist Annie Sessler, who uses fish caught by her fisherman husband as a print medium. The inked up fish transfer beautifully to the paper, leaving a full-sized imprint behind. Jacques Attali is perfectly happy with French exceptionalism and sees no solution for France’s problems emerging from outside of France. The Guardian finds the new Covent Garden night market tasty but ultimately disappointing because it’s, well, clean.
